The operating perspective

Built from responsibility for the result, not advice from the sidelines.

Dean H. Stanton has spent decades working across manufacturing operations, enterprise systems, software delivery, product development, and organizational improvement.

His background includes more than 22 years in medical manufacturing and more than 24 years across ERP and software. That experience spans daily operating responsibility, major system and process decisions, program delivery, and the work required to move teams from a plan to a sustainable capability.

RyteTek brings that perspective to complex decisions where the process, the data, the technology, and the people cannot be treated as separate problems.

Consulting philosophy

Respect the work. Clarify the decision. Deliver something people can use.

01

Start with operating reality

The documented process is only a starting point. Useful advice begins with how work, decisions, and exceptions actually move.

02

Technology serves the process

Systems should support a deliberate operating model. A product choice cannot compensate for unclear ownership or broken flow.

03

Make tradeoffs visible

Leaders need a clear view of value, risk, readiness, dependencies, and consequences before committing resources.

04

Design for adoption

A solution is not complete when it is configured. It must be understood, owned, measured, and workable under real conditions.

What RyteTek brings

A connected view of operations and technology.

That combination is most valuable when a decision crosses functions and no single department owns the full problem.

Published perspective

Frameworks shaped by work in the field.

Dean’s writing extends the same practical approach across operations management, manufacturing, supply chain, software delivery, and AI.

Start with the decision

Bring the operating problem into the open.

A practical first conversation can determine whether the issue needs a project, a focused diagnosis, or simply a clearer decision.
